Apple store online in India from September 23rd. Well, better late than never. Finally, Apple is all set to open its online store in India offering Apple’s full range of products and services across the country. The store will offer the same premium experience as offered by Apple stores across the world.
Here’s what Apple’s senior V.P of Retail and people has to say-
Deirdre O’Brien says that they’re proud to be expanding in India and want to do whatever they can to support the customers and their community. “We know our users are trying to stay connected, engage in learning, and tap into their creativity, and by bringing the Apple store online to India, we are offering our customers the very best of Apple at this important time” he added.
Features offered by the Online Store
It offers Apple specialists to help customers with anything from custom-configuring Mac to setting up new devices. Moreover, customers can get help and advice in English as well as Hindi.
It also offers financing options and trade-in programs, thus making the range of products affordable to an extent. Further, students can shop for a Mac or iPad with special discounts on accessories and Apple Care+.
Moreover, in this coming festive season, Apple will offer signature gift wrap and engraving of emojis and texts on select products. The text engravings will be available in English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Tamil, and Telugu for AirPods. However, for iPad and Apple pencil, engravings will only be available in English.
The delivery options are also quite safe. Keeping in mind the present outbreak of the COVID-19 virus, Apple will offer a contactless delivery. Products that do not require a signature will be left at customers’ doorstep and those which do require a signature will instead take a verbal consent from a distance. Thus, buying an Apple device will now be easier than before.
