Spanning over six years, this sitcom had aired a total of 148 episodes on NBC. Will Smith was in the main role in Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. It is obvious to conclude that this sitcom must have a colossal loyal fan base of millions.

So, when the news about the reboot of Fresh Prince came earlier this week, it splashed a wave of happiness among the fans of this sitcom. Although talk about the reboot of Fresh Prince had been in the news for years in August this year, it started forming a concrete plan. And then on September 8, the big news came about the official announcement of the reboot of Fresh Prince.

In August, Will Smith and Morgan Cooper were reportedly in talks with various streaming platforms like Netflix, HBO Max, and Peacock. Finally, it was concluded that a couple of seasons will, as a start, be aired by Peacock.

Morgan Cooper has not been associated with the original crew of Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. But he had made a mock trailer on this sitcom recently that was quite sensational and people liked it very much. So, in the reboot, he will take responsibility alongside Will Smith.
