‘Lost In Space’ Season 3: Release Date Revealed On Netflix!

One of the well known American science fiction drama series, Lost in Space is expected soon to come up with its third season on Netflix. Developed by Irwin Allen, it is based on the television series of 1965, under the same title that has been adapted from the novel by Johann David Wyss, under the name The Swiss Family Robinson. The series was first aired in April 2018 and has been in the limelight since then. It is one of the most popular series that has gained a lot of fame and has acquired an average rating of 8 out of 10. The series has also received numerous nominations over the span of two years, and have won most of them.

Lost In Space Season 3: What’s The Plot?

The plot revolves around the story of the Robinson family, who have been selected for the 24th mission of the Resolute, that is a spacecraft that would be taking a few selected families to the Alpa Centauri star system, for colonizing it. However, due to some complications, they crash on a planet nearby to their destination. Now they must find a way out to reach their destination, by battling their own demons and overcoming their fears.

Has The Series Been Renewed For Season 3?

The series has been renewed for the third and final season on March 20th, 2020. The production of the series has not begun yet but is scheduled to start on 9th September 2020. According to sources, the filming shall get wrapped up by January 2021.

Is There A Release Date For The Upcoming Season?

Nothing has been revealed regarding the release date of the upcoming final season. According to the previous release schedule, the third season is expected to drop by the summer of 2021.
